Key Responsibilities
- Assist in machine operation, maintenance, or assembly work
- Support senior technicians/engineers in daily production tasks
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Help in installation, calibration, and repair of machinery
- Maintain work logs, reports, and documentation
- Participate in quality checks and inspections
- Keep the work area clean and organized (5S practices)
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of:
- Electrical / Mechanical systems (depending on trade)
- Tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to read technical drawings or manuals
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and discipline
Eligibility
- ITI (Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Welder, etc.) OR
- Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, etc.)
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience

- Trainee → Technician → Senior Technician
- Or move into Supervisor / Engineer roles with experience or further study
Salary (India – typical range)
- ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (freshers)
- Can increase significantly with experience and skill
