About the Role
Niche Techies is looking for motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, understanding client requirements, and helping people make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client goals and assess their eligibility for suitable international career opportunities.
- Build trust through professional consultation and relationship management.
- Follow up with prospective clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Achieve monthly business development and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, recruitment, or customer engagement.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
