Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Lead and manage the overall HR function across centers and departments
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and people development initiatives
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational structuring
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership, mid-level, and operational roles
- Build strong hiring pipelines and employer branding strategies
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes
- Monitor manpower planning and workforce optimization
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Handle employee grievances, escalations, and disciplinary matters
- Drive employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition initiatives, and retention programs
- Strengthen internal communication and workplace culture
4. Performance Management
- Develop and manage KRAs, KPIs, appraisal systems, and performance review processes
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee development
- Monitor employee productivity and team effectiveness
5. Policy & Compliance Management
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, POSH regulations, attendance policies, and statutory requirements
- Oversee HR documentation, audits, and compliance records
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across teams and implement learning initiatives
- Conduct leadership development, behavioral, and soft skills training programs
- Build employee growth and succession planning strategies
7. HR Operations & Administration
- Supervise attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMIS processes
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across locations
- Coordinate with Admin and Operations teams for employee support and workplace management
8. Stakeholder & Leadership Coordination
- Work closely with founders and department heads on people strategy and organizational growth
- Provide regular HR reports, analytics, and insights to management
- Support business expansion and culture-building initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
- 8–10 years of experience in HR leadership roles
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in startups, coworking, hospitality, or fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
