Hiring: Works Manager / Plant Head
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra | Plant Site – Approx. 35 km from Nagpur
Industry: Structural Steel Fabrication

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Civil / Structural
Key Responsibilities
- #PlantSetup – Lead Greenfield Plant Setup & Commissioning
- #Production – Manage production target of 1,000 MT/month, scaling up to 3,000 MT/month
- #StructuralFabrication – Handle medium-to-heavy structural steel fabrication
- #Welding – Manage WPS, PQR, welder qualification & welding quality
- #QualityControl – Establish quality systems, NDT, calibration & dimensional control
- #Machinery – Handle CNC plate cutting, SAW welding, shot blasting, painting & EOT cranes
- #TeamManagement – Build and manage workforce of 200+ employees, scaling up to 700
- #Safety – Ensure plant safety, quality and delivery performance
- #Certification – Drive ISO 3834-2, EN 1090 EXC3 / AISC certification
- #ClientAudit – Handle third-party inspections and EPC customer audits
Must Have
- 8-12+ years of experience in Structural Steel Fabrication
- Minimum 5 years in medium-to-heavy fabrication
- Strong experience in new plant commissioning / major plant expansion
- Hands-on experience with built-up girder lines and submerged arc welding
- Knowledge of IS 800 & AWS D1.1
- Experience managing 200+ direct & contract workf
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
