About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Interns who want hands-on exposure in recruitment and core HR operations. This internship is designed as a performance-based pipeline for full-time hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Assist in employer branding initiatives (job posts, social media)
2. HR Generalist Activities
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and communications
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Support attendance, leave tracking, and HR operations
Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation
Performance & Selection Criteria
Interns will be evaluated on:
Quality & speed of hiring
Ownership and accountability
Communication skills
Initiative in HR projects
Top performer (1 out of 3 interns) will be offered a full-time HR Executive role
Skills & Qualifications
Recent Graduate or PGDM(HR) Pursuing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
