Job Description:
Silvervista LLP is seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to handle the installation, service, and maintenance of gate automation products, CCTV systems, and other security solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing automation systems efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain automated gates, boom barriers, retractable gates, and CCTV systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to automation and security systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of installed equipment.
- Work on wiring, electrical connections, and networking for security systems.
- Provide support and training to clients on system usage.
- Maintain service reports and document work progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in installation and maintenance of gate automation systems, CCTV, and security equipment.
- Knowledge of motors, control panels, relays, sensors, and networking.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Experience in working with remote-controlled gates and IoT-based automation is a plus.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service and installation within Chennai and surrounding areas.
- Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
