Job Description
BIPS Systems Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead business development activities for Security & Surveillance solutions in Government sector projects.
The role involves promoting advanced security technologies and managing business opportunities related to CCTV systems, Boom Barriers, Access Control, and other high-end surveillance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and business strategies for CCTV and Security solutions
- Promote CCTV systems, Boom Barriers, Access Control, and advanced security products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and departments
- Prepare tenders, proposals, BOQs, and technical presentations
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for solution delivery
- Achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Conduct market research, opportunity analysis, and competitor tracking
- Identify and develop new opportunities in Government and Enterprise sectors
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Security & Surveillance systems
- Knowledge of CCTV, Boom Barriers, Access Control, and related solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle Government clients and multiple projects
- Business development and client relationship management skills
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
Experience Required
2 – 4 years of relevant experience in:
- Security & Surveillance Solutions
- Government Sector Sales & Marketing
- Business Development Activities
- Tendering and Proposal Management
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Government sector projects
- Background in Security Solutions sales or marketing
- Familiarity with CCTV and advanced surveillance technologies
