Hiring: Nursing Incharge Maiya Multispeciality Hospital
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Incharge to lead and manage our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing staff across ICU, OT, Labour Ward, and Casualty
- Ensure smooth duty allocation, shift management, and daily operations
- Monitor patient care standards and staff performance
- Implement and maintain hospital protocols and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with doctors and departments for efficient patient care
- Provide regular updates and reporting to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospital nursing supervision/management with experience of at least 1-3 yrs
- NABH associated work to be done
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Ability to manage critical care units efficiently
- Good communication and organizational skills
