Job Description:
Responsible for processing and releasing company payments to vendors and other parties through bank portals and cheques. Ensuring timely payments as per approvals, maintaining payment records, and coordinating with banks for smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI / Cheque)
- Upload payment files in bank portal
- Verify approvals before releasing payments
- Maintain payment records and reports
- Track pending and completed payments
- Coordinate with bank for payment issues
Requirements:
- B.Com or equivalent qualification
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience in bank payments preferred
- Knowledge of Tally / Excel
Experience: 0.5 to 5 years
