Role: HR Intern

Probation Period: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for different job roles.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
Handle candidate follow-ups and onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment data and reports.
Support HR activities like employee engagement, documentation, attendance, and other HR operations.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment process.
Ability to manage candidates and meet hiring targets.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Salary: ₹15,000/month + incentives based on performance.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
