Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students about available courses and learning paths
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for course inquiries
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Provide detailed information about curriculum, benefits, and outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (LeadSquared/Zoho, etc.)
- Follow up with interested parents to ensure conversions
- Achieve daily and weekly admission targets
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi and Basic English)
- Strong counseling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand student needs and guide accordingly
- Confident, patient, and result-oriented approach
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Graduation preferred (not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month

- Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
