We are looking for a dedicated Store Maintenance Engineer to handle day-to-day maintenance activities in our retail store. The role involves ensuring all equipment, fixtures, and utilities are functioning properly to support smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of store infrastructure, electrical systems, and equipment
- Handle minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil work
- Ensure proper functioning of lighting, AC, CCTV, and fire safety systems
- Quickly attend to breakdowns and resolve issues to avoid disruption in store operations
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and AMC services
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of store facilities
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in store/retail maintenance or facility management
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently
- Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail store maintenance
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning
- Awareness of safety and compliance standards
- Working Hours: As per store operations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
