Key Responsibilities
- Stitch premium-quality women's suits and co-ord sets.
- Understand design sketches and convert them into finished garments.
- Create and modify patterns as required.
- Cut fabric accurately to minimize wastage.
- Develop first samples and prototypes.
- Ensure proper garment fitting and finishing.
- Recommend construction improvements for better fit and production efficiency.
- Maintain consistent sizing across all styles.
- Coordinate with the Fashion Designer during sample development.
- Ensure garments meet Tandh's quality standards before approval.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of machines and workstations.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Master Tailor in women's ethnic or boutique fashion.
- Strong expertise in ladies' suits and co-ord sets.
- Excellent pattern-making and garment construction skills.
- Ability to understand fashion sketches and technical instructions.
- Knowledge of various fabrics and their stitching techniques.
- Strong finishing and quality control skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
