Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Business Development, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans. Key responsibilities include market research and analysis, preparing proposals, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to secure client satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Analytical Thinking, and Competitive Analysis
- Proven ability in Contract Negotiation and Proposal Development
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in facilities management, service-oriented industries, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related discipline
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is highly desirable

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
