Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software or SaaS marketing and be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring content is updated and optimized for search engines.
- Create and oversee content marketing strategies, including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Manage the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Generate qualified leads for ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, HMS, and custom software solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and design teams to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS/software products.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Basic understanding of website management and WordPress is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing certifications are preferred.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B software, ERP, CRM, or IT services marketing is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of generating leads through digital marketing campaigns.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
