Fleet Coordinator
Job Summary
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company fleet. This includes vehicle scheduling, maintenance coordination, compliance management, fuel monitoring, record keeping, and ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and cost-effective to operate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle allocation and driver schedules.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintain records of registrations, insurance, permits, and service history.
- Track fuel consumption, mileage, and operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Monitor GPS systems and vehicle utilization.
- Coordinate with drivers, workshops, vendors, and service providers.
- Investigate vehicle incidents and maintain accident reports.
- Prepare fleet performance and cost reports for management.
- Support procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fleet management software.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
