We are looking for an experienced SEO & Paid Marketing Specialist who can drive organic growth while managing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for company and client websites.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, and performance issues.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat techniques.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, and SEO performance.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
Paid Marketing (PPC)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Optimize campaign budgets for maximum ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives.
- Improve Quality Scores and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Generate qualified leads through paid campaigns.
- Create audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Analytics & Reporting
- Measure KPIs including Organic Traffic, Rankings, CTR, Leads, ROAS, CPC, CPA, and Conversion Rate.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the design, development, and content teams to implement SEO and marketing recommendations.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and Off-page SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Google Search Console expertise.
- Keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and custom CMS websites.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
