We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Civil) to oversee and execute civil engineering projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring technical compliance, maintaining project schedules, and collaborating with architects, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality infrastructure or residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing civil engineering projects. Ensure all work aligns with blueprints, technical specifications, and local building codes.
- Site Management: Oversee daily on-site operations, monitor contractor/labor performance, and ensure construction quality complies with standards.
- Cost & Material Estimation: Prepare material take-offs, review structural drawings, estimate costs, and track inventory/resource utilization to minimize waste.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict health and safety regulations on site. Conduct regular quality checks on concrete, structural integrity, and finishing works.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site logs, progress reports, measurement books (MB), and project documentation. Prepare and verify subcontractor billing.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and Clients to resolve any structural queries or design discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in reading structural and architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and billing procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
