About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support.
Support HR projects and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Eagerness to learn and develop HR skills.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
