Job Title: Executive – Events and Marketing Operations

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Executive – Events and Marketing Operations to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities, customer events, webinars, internal programs, and campaign operations.
This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates who are eager to build a career in B2B marketing, events, and marketing operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, ownership of follow-ups, and the ability to work with internal teams, vendors, partners, and sales stakeholders.
The selected candidate will support end-to-end event operations, maintain marketing trackers, coordinate with vendors, assist in lead capture and CRM updates, and help ensure that every marketing activity is executed smoothly and documented properly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Coordination and Execution
- Support the planning and execution of physical events, webinars, customer roundtables, workshops, partner activities, and internal marketing programs.
- Coordinate with hotels, event venues, agencies, printers, branding vendors, gifting partners, and other external vendors.
- Assist in event logistics such as venue coordination, branding material, registration desk setup, attendee lists, invitations, AV requirements, and post-event closure.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely availability of event collaterals, presentations, banners, standees, brochures, and other marketing assets.
- Maintain event checklists, timelines, invitee lists, and execution trackers.
- Support on-ground event execution, attendee coordination, feedback collection, and post-event reporting.
2. Marketing Operations and Coordination
- Maintain marketing trackers for events, campaigns, content, leads, vendors, budgets, invoices, and approvals.
- Coordinate with sales, solutions, finance, procurement, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Follow up internally and externally for pending inputs, approvals, deliverables, invoices, and closure documents.
- Help organize marketing documents, campaign files, event photographs, proof of execution, vendor quotations, and reports.
- Support the marketing team in monthly reviews, activity updates, and management reporting.
Support in timely filing and claiming the MS Co-ops Funds and SAP MDF Funds.
3. Lead Capture, CRM Support and Data Hygiene
- Support lead collection from events, webinars, digital campaigns, exhibitions, and partner activities.
- Update lead details in CRM or internal trackers accurately.
- Assist in basic lead validation, categorization, tagging, and handover to sales or inside sales teams.
- Track event leads, follow-up status, and campaign responses.
Help prepare weekly or monthly lead and campaign reports.
4. Digital and Social Media Support
- Support the marketing team in promoting events, webinars, blogs, case studies, campaigns, and announcements on LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with designers, content teams, and internal stakeholders for social media creatives and captions.
- Assist in maintaining a basic content calendar for events and campaign promotions.
Track basic social media engagement and share performance updates with the team.
5. Website, Landing Page and Campaign Support
- Coordinate website update requests related to events, webinars, campaign pages, banners, blogs, case studies, and service pages.
- Work with internal or external teams to ensure timely updates on the website.
- Support landing page creation by coordinating required content, images, forms, and tracking links.
- Assist in checking whether event and campaign pages are updated correctly before promotion.
6. Vendor and Documentation Support
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliverables, invoices, payment follow-ups, and closure documents.
- Maintain proper documentation for each event or campaign, including approvals, agenda, invite lists, event photographs, feedback forms, invoices, and proof of execution.
- Ensure all marketing activity records are updated and easy to access.
Support the team in preparing documentation required for partner-funded activities, marketing claims, and audit purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, operations, coordination, or internship experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in an office-based, fast-paced marketing environment.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, events, and CRM will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in events, marketing, digital marketing, or business operations.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM, Canva, Excel, or website coordination.
- Prior exposure to B2B marketing, IT services, software, or technology companies will be an advantage.
