Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Keep customers updated on service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address service-related concerns.
- Promote value-added services and maintenance packages.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per hour
