ScaleupAlly is looking for a Hands-on Lead IT Sales Executive who will lead the Sales team while actively contributing to project development. We are looking for a highly energetic and aggressive sales professional with strong experience in IT software sales and field sales. The ideal candidate should have good connections within manufacturing industries, be confident in meeting industry owners/directors, and have the ability to close deals quickly. The candidate must be target-oriented, fast in sales conversion, and capable of generating business independently
Duties
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and direct client meetings.
- Connect with owners, decision-makers, and plant heads.
- Promote and sell IT software solutions to small and medium enterprises/company.
- Conduct product presentations, meetings, and commercial discussions.
- Close sales deals quickly and achieve revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with industrial clients and partners.
- Travel for client visits, business development, and market expansion.
- Maintain strong follow-up and negotiation with prospective clients.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of experience in IT software sales / B2B listing platforms.
- Proven ability to independently generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals, consistently achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
