The opportunity:
The SCM Expert in Material Compliance is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with both product material regulations and conflict minerals requirements. This role involves strategic planning, policy adherence, and stakeholder engagement.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Collect and analyze data related to material compliance.
- Assist in conducting supplier audits and risk assessments.
- Support the implementation of compliance programs.
- Prepare compliance documentation and reports.
- Communicate with suppliers to gather compliance information.
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and findings.
- Assist in the development of training materials and sessions for internal teams and suppliers.
- Monitor compliance metrics and generate regular reports.
- Support the resolution of compliance issues and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on material compliance.
- Basic knowledge of product material regulations and conflict minerals compliance requirements.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
