We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting in the IT sector and possess strong expertise in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer rollout process.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and closure rates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using ATS/HRMS.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, recruitment drives, and campus hiring activities whenever required.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring practices.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on recruitment experience in IT sector is mandatory.
- Strong experience hiring for technical, engineering, and corporate roles.
- Excellent understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRMS.
- Exposure to hiring for international markets will be an added advantage.
