Job Summary
An F&B Assistant is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in restaurants, hotels, cafés, banquets, or room service areas. The role includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Basic Responsibilities
- Welcome guests politely and professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks on time
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Set up tables and prepare mise-en-place before service
- Have knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in billing and POS operations if required
- Support restaurant/bar/banquet operations during busy hours
- Refill stock and maintain inventory levels
- Work as part of the hospitality team to ensure smooth operations

Qualification
- 10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
