About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer sites. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while ensuring minimal equipment downtime.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field.
* 1–5 years of experience in Service Engineering or Technical Support.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
* Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs and maintenance.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and routine system inspections.
* Respond promptly to customer service requests and equipment breakdowns.
* Prepare detailed service reports and maintain maintenance records.
* Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
* Coordinate with technical, production, and sales teams for effective service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
* Manage spare parts, service tools, and technical documentation efficiently.
* Support product testing, upgrades, and commissioning activities when required.
