Role Description
This is a full time Recruitment Associate role based in Gurugram. As a Recruitment
Associate at Filo, you will be responsible for tutors hiring, operational work,
communicating with candidates, conducting interviews, recruiting, screening
potential tutors and submitting their documents to the onboarding team.
Qualifications
● Hiring and Recruiting skills
● Communication and Interviewing skills
● Experience in candidate screening
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Knowledge of e-learning industry trends is a plus
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
