Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: EBG Group, Dallas Centre Building, 12th Floor, Opposite T-Hub, Raidurg, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
Experience: 0–5 Years
Job Summary : We are looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executives to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales and eager to build a rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C Sales.
- Strong presentation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Language Requirement (Mandatory)
Candidates should be fluent in:
- English
- Hindi
- Telugu (preferred) or any other native language
Work Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
