Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or sales is preferred.
