Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission equipment or systems at client locations
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Repair or replace defective components
- Provide technical support to customers
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Train customers on proper usage and maintenance of products
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and service requests
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or relevant field)
- Proven experience in field service or technical support (2-3 years depending on level)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, and diagnostic techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
