Job Description:
The Cybersecurity & Product Security Training Project Lead supports the design, development, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity and product security training programs. This role combines instructional creativity with project coordination to ensure training materials are engaging, current, and effectively managed across internal and third-party platforms.
Key responsibilities

Training Content Development
-
Develop and maintain cybersecurity and product security training content aligned with evolving threats, standards, and secure development practices.

Develop training scripts by structuring raw content into clear, compelling narratives, and translating them into engaging learning experiences through creative concepts and interactive elements such as quizzes, real-life scenarios, and gamified activities.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.

Project Coordination & Delivery

Coordinate the development, review, and deployment of training initiatives across internal and third-party learning platforms.

Manage training content updates, ensuring timely implementation and alignment across stakeholders and vendors.

Maintain structured tracking of training activities, deliverables, and action plans to support smooth program execution.

Training Operations & Reporting

Monitor training completion, engagement, and compliance metrics across learning platforms.

Maintain training records and documentation to support reporting and audit requirements.

Develop dashboards and reports to measure program performance and provide actionable insights.

Continuous improvement & Collaboration
-
Identify opportunities to enhance learning content, learner experience, and program effectiveness.

Support the optimization of training processes through improved reporting, automation, and curriculum updates.

Collaborate with cybersecurity and product security experts, learning academies, training vendors, and platform teams to develop, deliver, and continuously enhance impactful learning experiences.

Basic reporting and data tracking (Excel / dashboards)

Nice to have: exposure to instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate)
Education:
-
Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Education, Communication, Learning & Development, or a related field.
Experience:
-
First experience in training, learning & development, or content creation
-
Exposure to project coordination and working in cross-functional teams
- Experience with digital learning platforms or e-learning tools is an advantage
