Overview
The Associate Vice President – Intercompany Global Transformation will lead end-to-end global transformation projects focused on intercompany operations, including settlements, netting, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and governance. The role involves driving process standardization, operational efficiency, and compliance across global entities while implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to deliver sustainable solutions. This position requires managing senior global stakeholders and ensuring seamless adoption of change initiatives across multicultural and geographically diverse teams.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:

Extensive experience of managing end-to-end Intercompany Global Transformation Projects, with scope covering settlements, netting, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and intercompany governance.

The Project is focused on identifying root cause for intercompany unreconciled entries, across multiple global entities, working with global stakeholders and partners to implement remediation at source and ensure execution of global standards.

Drive standardization and streamline intercompany processes for operational efficiency across global entities.

Ensure high-quality, compliant financial reporting aligned with internal controls and audit requirements.

Lead global transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering, digitization, automation, and standardization across Intercompany and R2R.

Apply structured Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to successfully deliver critical global project, involving global stakeholders, multiple entities and working alongside stringent governance-based environment.
- Driving global six-sigma project to identify root-cause, implement changes to fix the issues across the entire process cycle and install a global standard process.

Drive change management initiatives ensuring smooth adoption across multicultural and multi‑geographical teams.

Manage senior global stakeholders across Finance, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and Business Units.
About you
Qualifications:

Education: Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

18+ years of overall R2R transactional experience, with strong expertise in Intercompany operations and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

Demonstrable experience in reviewing, assessing, and transforming intercompany processes (billing, settlements, netting, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and intercompany governance).

Recommended certification/experience in structured Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)

Strong track record of leading complex global transformation projects across diverse geographies, ideally across intercompany and complex ledgers.

High maturity level with experience navigating senior global stakeholders and working efficiently in complex matrix environments.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong understanding of automation tools.

Experience in shared services / GCC / global BPO environments.
