We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with experience in the Lucknow real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and converting prospects into successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local market activities.
- Meet potential buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain a database of prospects and regularly update CRM/sales records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on local real estate trends, projects, and market conditions in Lucknow.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Lucknow property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve sales targets.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel.
