SEEK Digital Studio is looking for an Online Presence & Social Media Executive to help businesses improve their visibility on Google and maintain an active presence on social media platforms.
This role focuses on managing business listings, improving online visibility, and supporting clients in building their digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Google Business Profiles for businesses
- Optimize business listings to improve visibility on Google search and maps
- Upload business information, photos, posts, and updates on Google profiles
- Assist businesses in improving their online presence and local visibility
- Manage and update social media pages such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate with internal teams for website and digital service updates
- Monitor engagement and maintain consistent online activity
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience managing Google Business Profiles or social media pages
- Basic understanding of online visibility and local search presence
- Good communication skills in local language and basic English
- Ability to work with basic digital tools and platforms
- Organized and able to manage multiple client profiles
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile management
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
- Basic understanding of SEO or online listings
- Experience working in digital services or marketing agencies is an advantage
