Execute solvent recovery operations through distillation, rectification, filtration, evaporation, and storage systems as per approved SOPs and process parameters. Operate and monitor SRP equipment, including distillation columns, reactors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, heat exchangers, receivers, and storage tanks. Ensure optimum solvent recovery efficiency, product quality, and adherence to production schedules. Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, flow rate, and solvent purity. Complete batch records, logbooks, utility consumption records, and equipment checklists accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, environmental regulations, and data integrity requirements. Follow approved SOPs, work instructions, and permit-to-work procedures. Support investigations related to deviations, incidents, and CAPA implementation. Adhere to process safety management requirements for handling flammable and hazardous solvents. Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines, hazardous waste management, and environmental norms. Participate in risk assessments, HAZOP studies, safety audits, and emergency response drills. Ensure proper use of PPE and report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents.
