Sales Manager – B2B (Advertising & Sponsorships), DDCB

Drive advertising and sponsorship revenues for our Dynamic Digital Coffee Book (DDCB) — a curated digital discovery platform hosted on the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board website, covering destinations across MP and reaching Indian and foreign tourists, travel planners and decision-makers. This is the first publication of its kind in India within the tourism segment, and TellMe is proud to be associated with MPTB on this project.

Sales & Partnerships Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh — with regular travel across MP and other states Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and onboard advertisers and sponsor brands across travel, hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, banking, travel assistance and accessories, FMCG and other relevant sectors.
Develop and present compelling ad and sponsorship solutions in DDCB (banner options, category features, destination pages, co-branded content, campaigns) aligned with client objectives.
Build and manage a qualified B2B sales pipeline; own revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
Meet marketing, brand and media decision-makers at companies, agencies and tourism boards to pitch DDCB and close long-term advertising/sponsorship agreements.
Work closely with the content and product teams to ensure campaigns are well executed and deliver promised visibility and value to advertisers.
Track market trends in tourism, digital media and sponsorships, and recommend new ad products or packages to strengthen our offering.
Maintain accurate MIS / CRM records for leads, proposals, closures and renewals; prepare regular sales reports for management.
Represent DDCB at industry events, trade fairs, travel forums and brand meetings to strengthen our network and brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in advertising, digital media, sponsorships, travel/hospitality or media industries.
Strong track record in selling media/advertising solutions or sponsorships to brands and agencies, with demonstrated ability to close deals and retain clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable pitching to senior decision-makers.
Relationship-builder who enjoys consultative selling and can create win-win solutions for advertisers and DDCB.
Comfortable with digital products, online dashboards and data-driven storytelling.
Willingness to travel frequently within Madhya Pradesh and to other states for client meetings and events.
Graduate / Post-graduate in Business, Marketing or tourism-related fields preferred.
