About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Electrical/Electronics Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems, PCB design, testing, EV charging equipment, or related fields. The ideal candidate is someone who understands modern electrical technologies and can contribute to product development, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and troubleshoot electrical/electronic components and systems.
- Work on EV chargers, power modules, control boards, and embedded electronics.
- Perform quality checks, safety testing, and validation of products.
- Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, schematics, and test reports.
- Support R&D team in prototyping and product improvement.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and service support of EV chargers (if required).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — production, R&D, and service departments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical/electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Power electronics
- AC/DC systems
- PCB design & testing
- Electrical safety standards
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
- Experience in EV chargers / power supply / control systems (preferred).
- Ability to read circuit diagrams, wiring layouts, and schematics.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for field installations/service (if required).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
