Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.
The role is based at our office in UL CyberPark, Kozhikode. Candidates should be able to work from this location.
Eligibility
- MBA in Human Resource Management (Preferred)
- OR completion of an HR certification/course
- OR any graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Assist with ESI and PF registration and related documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee exit formalities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
