Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Reporter who will be responsible for covering real-time news stories directly from the field. The ideal candidate should have strong reporting skills, the ability to gather accurate information on the ground, and present news in a clear, factual, and engaging manner for digital and broadcast platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover breaking news and on-ground events in real time
- Conduct interviews with eyewitnesses, officials, and relevant sources
- Gather accurate facts, photos, and video footage from news locations
- Write clear, concise, and engaging news reports for digital platforms
- Coordinate with editors and newsroom teams for live updates
- Verify information before publishing or broadcasting
- Travel to assigned locations for news coverage as required
- Maintain journalistic ethics, neutrality, and accuracy in reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to write clean, simple, and factual news reports
- Confidence in interviewing people in public settings
- Basic understanding of video shooting and mobile journalism
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of current affairs and news trends
- Graduate in Journalism / Mass Communication preferred (not mandatory if experienced)

Work Environment:

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
