Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ETL Testing Lead with 10+ years of experience in software testing, strong SQL expertise, and mandatory experience in the Healthcare domain.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ETL testing and database validation, along with the ability to lead testing activities and collaborate with technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ETL testing activities across projects.
- Design and execute ETL test cases, test scenarios, and validation strategies.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation using strong SQL skills.
- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Identify, analyze, and track defects through resolution.
- Work closely with developers, data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Provide testing status, reporting, and support during releases.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Testing.
- Healthcare domain experience – Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills.
- Strong experience in ETL Testing.
- Experience in leading testing teams/projects.
- Good understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality testing.
Good to Have
- Snowflake experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Senior/Lead-level ETL Testing professional.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
