We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team at Naturolled Tea. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and enjoy building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and business leads provided by the company to promote and sell Naturolled Tea products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable tea products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Perform day-to-day office internal work.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
