Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Preference for candidates residing in Central Mumbai suburbs such as Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Kanjurmarg, Bhandup, Mulund, Thane, Dombivli, Kalyan, etc.)

Salary: ₹3.84 – ₹4.32 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and people-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience as an HR Generalist and possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, ready to take ownership, and excited to grow their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, processes, and employee communications.
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of HR operational and administrative tasks.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extroverted personality with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Mature, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
