They analyze demand, map optimal geographic routes using GIS/CAD software, and coordinate with engineers and construction teams to execute projects within budget and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Design & Mapping: Create High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) detailing network topology, splice points, and route layouts.Data Analysis: Analyze market demands, customer forecasts, and geospatial data to determine optimal Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) architectures.Documentation & Costing: Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and assist in business case and budget development.Permitting & Compliance: Produce accurate permit and construction drawings to meet local municipal and utility requirements.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, field surveyors, and partner organizations to ensure network deployment aligns with project goals.
