Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach English language and literature to Classes XI & XII, aligned with CBSE standards.
- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging, well-structured, and innovative lesson plans.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct tests, evaluate answer sheets, and track student performance with constructive feedback.
- Exam Readiness: Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and improve their analytical, reading, and writing skills.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive learning environment.
