Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling high-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and monitoring complete project schedules using MS Project and possess strong knowledge of Mivan formwork technology, RCC frame structures, and construction planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project.
- Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
- Track project progress and identify schedule variances.
- Coordinate with site execution, procurement, QA/QC, MEP, and subcontractor teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
- Monitor resource utilization and productivity.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual milestones.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end high-rise residential project.
- Strong experience in planning projects executed using Mivan aluminium formwork technology.
- Good understanding of RCC frame structures, floor cycle planning, and construction sequencing.
- Experience in planning activities for:
- High-rise residential towers
- Villa projects
- Structural works
- Finishing works
- External development and infrastructure works
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, resource planning, and project monitoring.
Pay: ₹13,137.10 per month
