Job Title: Sales Operations and Market Research Intern
Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Internship (6 months)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Immediate joiners preferred.
Overview:
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented interns to support our Sales Operations and Customer Success teams. The role will primarily focus on lead generation, market research, prospect identification, data management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industries, and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and identify relevant decision-makers/POCs within target organizations.
- Build, maintain, and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Collect, organize, and analyze business data to support sales initiatives.
- Create and manage reports, spreadsheets, charts, and dashboards for business tracking and decision-making.
- Support sales and customer success teams with research, insights, and operational data.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research quality, and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory), including data management, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Strong market research and lead generation skills.
- Ability to identify and collect relevant prospect and company data.
- Experience creating reports, charts, presentations, and analytical summaries.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
