We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (3-5 years) to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Global digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Paid Ads)
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Manage company website, SEO, and organic traffic growth
- Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign execution and Content Marketing Track KPIs such as CTR, conversions, ROI, CAC
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Paid Advertising
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager , Google Analytics & reporting tools
- Understanding of content marketing & branding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication & team collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of Javascript is a big plus
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrable track record of delivering results in in B2B marketing of software services to US/ International clients
- Exposure to marketing automation tools
- Experience in lead generation & funnel optimization
