Job Title: Branch Manager (Gold)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the branch.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team.
Achieve branch sales and business targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Monitor branch performance and prepare reports.
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Resolve customer concerns and operational issues effectively.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
