Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct title verification and property due diligence.
- Draft, review, and vet property-related legal documents including Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Gift Deeds, Agreements, POAs, etc.
- Examine land records, revenue records, and encumbrance documents.
- Prepare Title Search Reports (TSR) and legal opinions.
- Coordinate with government authorities, registration offices, and revenue departments.
- Handle property-related legal compliances and documentation.
- Assist in litigation and dispute resolution concerning land and property matters.
- Provide legal support for real estate and property transactions.
Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge of property laws, land laws, and registration procedures.
- Experience in title verification and legal due diligence.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret land records and revenue documents.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Eligibility:
- LL.B. Degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in land/property-related legal work.
- Enrolment with the State Bar Council will be preferred.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
