- Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments and send timely reminders via calls or messages.
- Patient Support: Address inbound queries regarding doctor availability, hospital facilities, and location.
- Outbound Follow-ups: Call patients for routine check-ups, post-operative care, or to remind them about medication adherence and upcoming tests.
- Service Promotion: Explain and promote specialized healthcare services, health check-up packages, or insurance processes to patients.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate patient logs, call outcomes, and personal details in the hospital’s database or CRM.
- Feedback & Complaints: Gather post-treatment patient feedback and help resolve any grievances or service-related issues.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Communicate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
